Gary "Peanut" Carter began his career in emergency medical services (EMS), serving on ambulances until 2000. He then transitioned to the AR Fire Department, where he dedicated nearly two decades of service until his retirement in 2019. Married in 1996, he and his wife Mandy have two sons: Kirkland, 23, currently serving in the Navy, and Karson, 19, pursuing his education in college. Carter's experience as a deputy for the coroner's office ignited his passion to provide affordable death services to the community, leading him to establish TriState Crematory in 2020.
Heather Brown embarked on her journey as a funeral directing apprentice with TriState in June of 2023. From assisting with removals to managing office tasks, Heather's dedication and passion for serving grieving families are unmistakable.
