Ronnie Dale Tully, 82, of Redwater, Texas, passed away peacefully on February 07, 2025. Born on August 4, 1942, in Sulphur Springs, Texas, Ronnie was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
He was married to Sandra Tully and together they raised three children: Amber, William, and Ricky. Ronnie was the proud grandfather of six: Cameron Tully, Llane Meier, Axel Meier, James Roberts, Jade Tully, and Mallory Cowell. He cherished his time spent with his family, and his love for them was evident to all who knew him.
Ronnie served in the Army for three years, where he was proud to serve his country. After his time in the service, he became a truck driver, a profession he worked in for the majority of his adult life, known for his strong work ethic and dedication. In his free time, Ronnie enjoyed restoring vintage Ford cars, hunting, and fishing, passions that brought him joy and allowed him to connect with nature and his friends.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Mattie Alvena McCoy and Roy Mac Tully. He is survived by his wife, Sandra, his children, Amber, William, and Ricky, and his grandchildren, who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
A memorial service will be held in his honor at First Baptist Church Redwater on February 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The church is located at 105 Redwater Blvd E, Redwater, TX 75573.
Ronnie will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his legacy of love, hard work, and devotion to his family will live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
